Grantham, PA - In a move that would make the most ardent couch potato lace up some sneakers, Messiah College men's and women's cross country is conducting their preseason training on the island paradise of Hawaii. The Falcons arrived in Honolulu on Wednesday, Aug. 20 and will train, travel, and sightsee until competing at the University of Hawaii at Hilo on Saturday, Aug. 30.
